The house has views to the back garden with a rim flow swimming pool area overlooking the treetops and mountain range in the distance. Closer to the house there are numerous boulders with rolling grass and a few large trees giving shade to the garden and house. The front yard is a natural oasis with numerous large trees in the background. The house is modern and crisp. The house is cantilevered over the terrain to make it feel light and gentle on the site. It is clad with large textured travertine blocks all around and boasts large expanses of glass, especially in the back area. The glass is shielded by 2 large timber slat screens made with solid oak timber. Through the glass one sees the well appointed interior which boasts oak timber furnishings as well as cupboards in the kitchen.
