Gaza is characterized by its flat or rolling sandy dunes, stretching along the coastline. The Mediterranean to the west provides a natural border, its waves lapping against the sandy shores of Gaza. Gaza's geography is both a testament to its rich history and a stark reflection of its present-day reality.
