capture the essence of a secretariat building in the economic capital of mumbai for an architecture design competition. the design of a building is on a circular plot of diameter 400 meters. the base starts with a circular staircase(like asiatic library staircase) which forms the first level of public plaza. the staircase leads to a circular four hieght structure designed like apple headquarters designed by norman foster. through the four hieght apple building pedestal rizes two skyscrapers made in glass(like france national library by dominique perrault architects. show elevation and birds eye view of the whole skyscraper comples in hyperrealistic/photo realistic renders.
