The entire structure seems to hum with chaotic energy, as if it might burst apart at any moment, yet it stands tall and proud. At the very top of the tower, a massive brass telescope pokes out from a cluttered rooftop observatory, surrounded by a wild garden of potted plants and bubbling cauldrons. The air is thick with the smell of burnt ozone, strange herbs, and something faintly spicy--perhaps a whiff of Sazerac Vindaloo’s latest experiment.
